Jones the Grocer, coffee chocolate cheesecake.
Town can get pretty crowded on weekends and this place is one of my favourites when I just want to chill. The coffee and chocolate is quite good, the cakes are nicely done as well. I had iced chocolate with ice cream. I was pleasantly surprised to find bits of chocolate in the ice cream, easily happy. Haha.
The Great Singapore Sale has already started and the self control needs to go a notch higher! I am super stoked for my vacay, gonna do the usual shop till I drop routine in Bangkok. :)
Anyway, before all good things come, PC Show is a week’s time, dread dread dread.

I tested the Loreal Hydrafresh Anti-Shine icy gel and it is absolutely amazing, people with oily or combination skin should use this. Life changer indeed!

Overeasy Spicy Wings w. Blue Cheese Dressing, Cheesesteak Sliders, Truffle Fries & Beer. It is usually very crowded at Overeasy, so we made an early reservation on a weekday. This place confused me a little with their extensive menu served all day frm sides to breakfast to milkshakes and alcohol. Haha. But, we went for the junk-food kinda dinner and it was great. Especially love the truffle fries and sliders, sliders are low at $1 each if the STI closes lower that day. Unfortunately, it closed higher when we went. Price-wise, is on the high side but the chillax ambience with great company, I think makes up for it!
The Coastal Settlement’s Wagyu Beef Skinny Pizza
This is really awesome, the sauce and the thick wagyu pieces. And it is terribly skinny, its almost cracker-like. Hahah. Think a thicker crust would be perfect and I remember this being rather pricey. But nevertheless, it was good.

The most affordable french food in town. Foie gras and duck confit were nicely done and for the price, definitely worth it. Love the texture of foie gras, and it was pan fried quite well for my liking. One thing is note is the rather long wait during peak dining hours.
Thoroughly in love with pastries and coffee I had during the weekend! I have just found my perfect bakery in town, Maison Kayser (Paris) at Scotts Square. Their caramelized flaky pastry with lemon cream is kickass awesome, decided to eat it again because the first time left me feeling very happy. haha.
